Located on Claflin Rd., residents are within walking distance of the Kansas State University campus and Recreation Center. Each one bedroom apartment features ample living area space, a separate dining area and breakfast bar, and large double closets in the bedroom. Additionally, upper level apartments include a private balcony off the bedroom. The courtyard features a charcoal grill and picnic table that are available for use by our residents. Pets under 35 pounds are welcome. Off-street parking, on-site laundry facility, and paid water and trash offer additional conveniences for our residents.
